We happily accept returns and exchanges on unused, unworn and non-laundered items if returned to us within 60 days of delivery. Items must be in the original undamaged package and sent to us unopened, unused and in original condition.

- Include a delivery receipt indicating the reason for the return and the items being sent. A hand-written note is fine. Make sure to include your phone number and email on the delivery receipt.
- Include a copy of your original receipt.
- Carefully package the items to prevent damage during shipment.
- Insure your return package for the value of the items being sent.
- Allow 7-14 days for processing of your refund to your credit card.
- Original shipping charges are not refunded unless the item was sent to you in error.
*Refunds will be in the form of a credit to the card account you used to make the purchase. Credits cannot be issued to gift cards or most prepaid debit cards.
Exchanges should be handled in the same manner as above and the following:
- Indicate on the delivery receipt what needs to be exchanged and to what extent. Is it the color, defective, size, style?
- If there is a price difference between what you originally ordered and what you would like to exchange it with, please enclose a check or money order in the amount equal to the difference plus your local sales tax. If you are not sure what the amount will be send us an email and we will assist you.
- Exchanges are charged a shipping and handling fee of $5.00 unless it was our fault that the exchange is needed.
- Allow 7-14 days for processing of your exchange.
*Custom items are not eligible for exchanges.
*All refunds and exchanges must be sent to us for processing within 60 days of receipt of delivery.
We will provide refunds for damaged items if you document that the item was damaged when it was delivered to you. Do not accept packages from delivery carriers when the package is damaged. Refuse the shipment and contact us. We will, at your option, send another product or issue a refund. Note: Evidence of damaged package must be documented with the delivery carrier. Please ensure that you select a secure delivery address for your orders.
*Used items are not accepted.
Items ordered in error
If you feel that you made an error while placing your order please contact us as soon as possible and we will attempt to locate the package if it is still in our facility.
If the package has left our facility, we will provide you with tracking information so that you can refuse the package when it arrives. Your account will be billed for the order, with credit being issued for the product only if the package is returned to Perpetually Inappropriate, unopened, unused and in original condition. This statement is in conjunction with all other return policies.
Manufacturers warranties are processed through us. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet please contact your banking institution and your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
We typically have all orders leave our warehouse within three business days, Monday through Friday.
Orders placed after 10:00 AM are processed the following business day.
Shipping charges are calculated during checkout and are based on real time rates from the delivery service you select at that time. We do not mark up shipping charges and the handling fee is included in the price you see on the items in your cart.
Expedited delivery options are available and the carrier’s terms apply. Expedited delivery times do not include warehouse processing times, which as stated above, is normally 3 days. If you need an item sooner, please send us a message to discuss options available.
*APO and FPO Shipping Charges are the same as Continental US (Standard) Shipping Charges. (US mail only. UPS and expedited shipping is not available for APO and FPO)
